Khupe Candidate Elected Deputy Mayor
Correspondent Losing Harare Mayoral candidate Councilor Luckson Mukunguma has won the Deputy Mayor’s post after being elected unopposed. The other contestant, Councilor Matinyanya, failed to get a seconder after he had nominated himself. Mukunguma replaces Councilor Enock Mupamawonde who was recently recalled by the MDC-T.
